Spago features a decorative wall of 7,000 bottles of wine, a patio with a glass roof and an open kitchen with a contemporary feel. It's known for its 100% California specialties, with an emphasis on provenance and quality ingredients. Add a touch of inventiveness and you have one of the most iconic restaurants in Los Angeles, opened by the highly acclaimed Austrian-American chef Wolfgang Puck in 1982. Puck has cooked for several American presidents.

Whoever is running Spago Beverly Hills Instagram has no idea how to use Instagram. I swear they must be a 70 year old friend of Wolfgang Puck because it’s really really frustrating. They post drinks and food items on Spago Instagram that aren’t even on the menu anymore. So you go there wanting an item you just saw that day and no one working there has any clue what you’re talking about. This has happened on three separate occasions just in the last month. Even all the employees say the person running the Instagram is terrible. That she post content way too late and has no idea what they’re doing. It’s 2024 you need to have a person that knows what they’re doing on social media. Especially with a restaurant with so much praise and amazing food.

We flew in from Australia. Attentive staff, waitress and maitre'd. Extensive wine menu to cater all palates. The food was absolutely delectable. The signature dishes were the highlights including spicy big tuna cones and salmon pizza with the ever crisp dough. A must try is the Singapore style black pepper Branzino. Will definitely come again.

I took my friend to dinner for her birthday, with my goddaughter. We had a fabulous dinner and the staff made the experience that much more special. James was an amazing server, as was George and the rest of the staff. I highly recommend Spago and will be back very soon. If you haven't been, GO and enjoy yourself with some delicious food.

Went to Spago with high expectations - the ambiance in the restaurant was lovely, food was good but what absolutely killed the experience was the service- it took 20 mins after we were sat down for one of the waiters to finally come over and acknowledge us. We had to wait ages between each course. Even after we were given dessert menus, we had to wait 25 mins for our order to be taken. Other famous places in town such as Cut and Nobu had exceptional service so Spago really need to rethink what they’re doing

We had a great experience. Josh, our waiter, was fantastic!
