The Water Grill is certainly the best place to eat seafood in L.A. Here the mix of tastes is the order of the virtuoso. The dishes are mostly based on seafood. The decor of the restaurant and the service do the rest: It is less easy to digest the addition, which will inevitably be salty.

The oysters Rockefeller were perfection and the broccolini is to die for. The Brussel sprouts didn’t cook to even consistencies, but my shrimp scampi was amazing. The pasta fresh and garlic at the right level.
Definitely worth checking out.
