Vietnamese cafes in L.A. are in general connected; here the colours and intense fragrances of the dishes follow the movement. With more than 500 000 Vietnamese Vietnamese living in California, the good chefs are missing: Gingergrass is always tight. The aromas of coconut milk, verbena, grilled meat and stir-fried vegetables blend in this restaurant. It's an ideal place to go to a group, even if you'll have to shout to make you heard from one end of the table to the other.

Delicious food in a low key, warm atmosphere, reasonably priced!

The pork bahn mi sandwichhere was delicious. The baguette is very dense so it's very filling. The shrimp chips that it came were better than the taro fries upgrade which were starchy instead of crispy. There's a small indoor area and a few tables outside. It is located on a corner and there is a free parking lot that it shares with several other nearby businesses. Highly recommend if you love bahn mi's like I do.

Why did you remove the Vietnamese Vegan Coffee? That’s the main reason I would come often to Gingergrass. It’s cool that you guys added the vegan ube coffee, but don’t remove one of your best drinks for a new one when you can just have both of them. Was very disappointed today to go for that drink, and you removed it from the menu ????
