The interior design of Gjelina is pleasantly surprising at the intersection of a lodge and a pearl of the Bauhaus. The menu, which celebrates fusion cuisine, harmonizes tastes with brio. The pizzas are fine as in Italy and the fish is fresh. Vegetable dishes are perfect: The Radicchio with balsamic and sea salt are recommended. If it's too noisy inside, no panic, the patio awaits you outside. Gjelina is really attacked by the cool people of Venice at weekends: book enough in advance to make sure you have a table. Alternatively, you can choose salads, sandwiches and pizzas.
