The front of this Hawaiian restaurant doesn't look like much, but it would be a shame not to cross the threshold. Inside, you can choose between sushi burritos and several fresh preparations to make your poke bowl. The principle: you combine 2, 3 or 4 proteins - ranging from tuna to salmon and tofu - with a base of rice, pasta or vegetables. The whole thing is tasty and hearty. An ideal address for a quick lunch, which we will conclude by a visit to Republic of Pie, just next door, for a gourmet dessert.
