Established in 2014 with the sole aim of supplying bread and acting as a cellar for restaurants Gjelina and GTA, Gjusta has quickly converted into an excellent deli . It offers good farmhouse bread, divine sandwiches - with pastrami at the top - fine charcuterie, smoked fish, homemade Parmesan fries, grilled vegetable platters, roast chicken, freshly squeezed fruit juices... In short, the whole menu is as good as it is appetizing. All of this can be enjoyed to take away or at the small wooden tables set up outside.

We didn't have a good experience here when we stopped by for a lunch. It was very busy and seemed unorganized as to how to order and sit. When we finally got our meals they were a disappointment. My rueben was so greasy it was hard to eat and my wife's soup lacked flavor and was luke warm. For the price ($20) for the rueben I expected something much better.

Had the shakshuka. As far as tomatoes, eggs and onions go, it was pretty good. It is definitely not worth the long line over the weekend. The coffee is subpar, and the waiter was basically avoiding eye contact for refills. The outside seating area is pretty relaxed and nice for breakfast. The baklava croissant is recommended.

Tasty best croissants outside of Paris along with delicious bakery items on the express line. Only 1 staff person & you are charged a 15% fee that is not a tip. Bathroom needs a good deep cleaning. No parking in this neighborhood.
