W HOLLYWOOD
An address anchored in an energetic pool district with a breathtaking view of the Hollywood Hills
An address anchored in an energetic neighborhood at the intersection of Hollywood and Vine. A few steps away are the cult music store Amoeba, the ArcLight and Pantages cinemas and the very popular Space 15 Twenty shopping centre... not to mention many bars and restaurants. With its luxurious 21st century style touch, the W is the hotel where Barbarella would have liked to stay. We like to splash around in its gigantic bathrooms. Visitors enter the lobby on a red carpet. 15 floors high, and with 305 rooms, this hotel offers a breathtaking view of the Hollywood Hills, the Capitol Towers tower and Griffith Park Observatory. A small drawback: it is difficult to relax at the pool on summer weekends because the space is open to everyone, including non-residents of the hotel, so the pool is taken over.

The beds are low, but at least you won't get hurt rolling off the bed...
Great views from the outdoor part of the temporary rooftop restaurant. The rooftop pool is also heated and has good views.
Dangerous neighborhood.
This hotel charged me twice for the room. First time was charged on the day of check out which is totally fine but they charged me for the second time six months later. I contacted credit company and they withdrew the bill.
There has been no apology yet.
Terrible service from what is supposed to be a higher brand of Marriott hotel group
In Addition I called my travel service and they were very helpful and tried to speak with the hotel but said they hit a brick wall, I looked into checking out but the other comparable hotels close were fully booked. So in the next few days I stayed Room service I ordered twice , once took 1 1/2 hours , the second time took 2 hours. The phone system went down so I had to go to the temporary front desk on the 12th floor to place my order which they then screwed up hence my waiting 2 hours and the food was cold of course. After a late night awards show Sunday night till 3 AM I was promptly awakened with construction noises again at about 730 AM. My room was cleaned once in 3 days even though I requested it on others as well. The Hotel fairly expensive hotel should be closed during such a major overhaul that impacts guest services and comfort on this level.
Just an update this Hotel is still under construction and they do not tell you
