The decor, by Kelly Wearstler, is inspired by British colonial style. Idyllic, the high rooms on the sea side have beautiful views of the Pacific and echo the waves at night - prefer the other side if you're a light sleeper. The icing on the cake: two outdoor pools with cabanas.

Will be back.
I stayed for 3 nights and I was almost charged $300+ for the valet parking and resort fee which I was not aware of during booking. This additional charge was more than 1/3rd of my original booking price.
There was a major disturbance during early morning with the some workers strike which was happening literally at the entrance of the hotel
