El lugar es bonito y la comida deliciosa. El servicio es muy lento.

As someone with a heavy French background, I always look forward to exploring bakery shops in my travels. Parfait Paris hit the spot. Certainly, some offerings are adapted to local tastes, but the pastries, in particular, are of very good quality, and the croissants above average. Definitely a good option for breakfast/lunch in the Gaslamp District. If you’re looking for a boutique pastry shop heavily invested in the artisanry of a patisserie/boulangerie or a place to transport you to France, I can see how you could leave slightly disappointed. But, for a chain bakery looking to appeal to wider audiences, I really do think Parfait Paris does a very solid job. Recommended.

Got the almond croissant and the brookie. Both very heavy but tasty. Coffee was meh.

I had breakfast here during my 1 week stay in San Diego. Cozy and highly recommended!

service was a little slow - but still very nice - when it got crowded; the pastry was wonderful

What a great pastry shop so close to home - top quality, buttery, layered croissants, breads, sandwiches, coffees and pressed juices in bottles. And yes, even beautiful cakes!

Still great pastries but I think they have adjusted their taste to local taste, which is not good. Unfortunately they jacked up their prices so high it is no longer worth it.

Cozy little Cafe with delicious coffe and delicious pastries for different tastes. I liked the Europen atmosphere they bring. The service could have been faster but limited staff.

As I walked from Petco Stadium, after the afternoon game, I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem! I peeked in and could t resist trying their “Parfait Sigbature” - chocolate mousse decadence! It was refreshing to find an upscale European bakery in Gaslamp! I enjoyed my treat on their patio, that brought me back to Paris ????

While the desserts were delicious and truly a treat for the taste buds, my overall experience was marred by poor service. Despite everyone else at my table receiving their drinks promptly, I was left waiting for over 30 minutes without any acknowledgment or explanation. By the time my drink finally arrived, it was disappointing and clearly not worth the wait. While I appreciate the quality of the desserts, the lack of attention to service detracted from the overall enjoyment of my visit.

Cute spot and vibe but the food was lacking. We went in the morning and while the pastries looked good we asked for them to be warmed up and when they were served they were cold and you could tell they’re were not fresh. Left disappointed. If they’d been fully warmed up, I would have left a whole star more.

Great pastries, quality ingredients used. We ordered 3 macaroons, cheesecake, cookie croissant and vanilla latte. They offer dessert, brunch and lunch items, coffee/lattes plus wine, amongst other delicious menu treats. Indoor and outdoor dining available. Reasonably priced.

Beautiful Parisian style cafe. The barista with orange curly hair is probably the reason the pastries are so dry. pain au chocolate tasted like Starbucks. He sucks the joy out of the air around him with his impolite attitude. Delicious latte

I would give this place more than five stars if it was an option. From the service to the setting and the food, my girl friend and I were blown away!
EVERYTHING we ordered was fabulous! The Benedict is truly 10/10. I got it with Canadian bacon (classic).
The crookie (croissant cookie) was scrumptious along with all of the other yummy desserts we tried!
Leon & Andrew were both great. Super friendly and accommodating.

Even though they have many locations, this spot really feels pure local. A bit pricey for the baked goods, but I enjoyed it. They don't do artsy and flavorful lattes but not every place has to, right? [Edit: I said "chain" in my earlier review and that was wrong.]

Love it here - the food is so good - Nutella crepes and pain au chocolat were delicious! And the chai is amazing! Highly recommend!

I came 4 different times and each time they were not able to make me a crepe because they said there is only one person there and no one in the kitchen and they can’t leave the main area 4 different times!!! Maybe bring a chef who is ALWAYS in the kitchen :)

Loved their salmon egg benedict on croissant

Vanilla NY roll was $8 a piece. The custard tasted funny and the roll was difficult to eat.
Very disappointed.
Almond croissant was better but part of it was kind of burned.

Pain au chocolat: four stars -- it's good, but not exceptional.
The other thing that I can't recall the name of: it was a circular pastry with a thick sugary glaze and a creamy sort of filling -- two stars for a filling with an undesirable flavor.

De passage à San Diego, je me suis arrêté au Parfait Paris pour une pause déjeuner. Cuisine savoureuse et cadre sympa. J'ai aimé ce resto.
