From the top of the Pernelle Hill, the Panoramique offers, in addition to the view, a cuisine sublimating the local products.

It is probably the best restaurant in Val-de-Saire. Its geographical position, at the top of the Pernelle hill, offers an incredible view! Here, we are not labelled Maître Restaurateur for nothing. The local products, salmon from Cherbourg, snails from Fermanville, oysters from Saint-Vaast or the supreme of guinea fowl stuffed with scallops are some examples. The service is not only very professional but also very kind. During the summer, reservations are strongly recommended.

Nous avons revisité le "Panoramique" le 13.10. Phantastique, non seulement le panorama, mais aussi et surtout la qualité du restaurant. Service souriant, propositions alléchantes. Déjéà le paté "campagnard" servi en amuse-gueule était un des meilleurs patés de ma vie. La carte est orientée vers la mer (j'aime!), mais ma femme en végétarienne a aussi trouvé son bonheur. Nous sommes repartis avec une addition très modérée (vu la qualité) et nous reviendrons à coup sûr.

Toujours un sans faute dans ce restaurant au cadre exceptionnel ; des plats qui sont un vrai bonheur, un personnel adorable et néanmoins professionnel et stylé. Un patron qui passe à chaque table s' enquérir de leur bien-être avec grande gentillesse.... Un lieu à découvrir absolument.
