For 80 years, the hills of Nice have been home to the olive trees of the Lessatini olive estate. Many of these olive trees are multi-centennial, and offer the production of an extra virgin olive oil. The speciality of the estate, an oil with fresh lemon: the oil is obtained by simultaneous crushing of olives and lemons in the mill. The result is a delicately scented oil, with all the aromas of fresh lemon concentrated. Table olives PDO of Nice, olive paste PDO of Nice, tapenade and olive jam complete the range of the domain.
