Part of the hotel of the same name, the Auberge du Mouton Blanc offers traditional cuisine, a welcome change from the fast food and takeaways so common in Mont-Saint-Michel. The panoramic terrace, overlooking the ramparts and part of the bay, is well worth the detour. A range of menus is available, including Bergère, Tradition, Terrasse and the crêpes et galettes option. And frankly, it’s good, fresh and hearty!
