Brasserie with excellent welcome, efficient service, and excellent value for money.

Located in the grounds of the Normandy Victory Museum, this brasserie has it all: inside, checkered tablecloths, references - and rightly so - to the D-Day era, and beautiful bottles stored in wooden cases. The welcome is excellent, the service efficient and the value for money just as good. Braised ham, flank steak and pizza of the day are all well thought-out, well-made offerings. And it’s practical too: once the visit’s over, it’s time to eat! Last but not least, there’s regular entertainment on offer.

Très joli cadre, accueil chaleureux et les serveuses sont gentilles et souriantes, les repas sont très bons et un large choix , un peu d'attente mais le resto était plein, les prix sont abordables ..(le ice tea trop bon) Nouveauté pour moi qui habite à côté mais je reviendrais ! Pensez cependant à réserver ! Nous avons pris entrée plat dessert formule à 16.50

Je ne recommande pas cet endroit. Terrible service, après être resté à table pendant 1h, j'ai dû leur rappeler le plat principal qu'ils avaient oublié, et de même pour les desserts. Lorsque la propriétaire m'a demandé comment s'était passée mon expérience, je lui ai poliment fait part de mes commentaires. Elle m'a dit qu'ils étaient habitués à ce que les touristes soient pressés et qu'ils ne se souciaient pas des commentaires des touristes. Je suis un local et je ne recommande pas cet endroit, il y a de bien meilleurs restaurants dans la ville de Carentan.
