This cheese dairy was founded in 1931 by Théodore Réaux. From the outset, production focused on ladle-molded Camembert made from raw milk, and the dairy opens its doors to the public. You'll visit the AOC Camembert production workshops, then move on to the molding and renneting workshop, and discover the hâloirs, the ripening cellar and the packaging line. The cheeses, which won 5 medals again this year, can be purchased in the store.
