Retard toilette salle mauvaise organisation prise en otage , rien pour se restaurer,jei sais pas si je ferai d'autres vols avec vous, nous sommes arrivés en début de. Nuit très fatiguée avec 2h30 de retard

Une fois arrivé dans le hall flambant neuf, On nous dirige vers le guichet pour l'enregistrement et ensuite nous sommes parquet dans un sas pendant 2 heures sans possibilité de boire de l'eau qui nous a été confisqué. Je trouve ça honteux pour des personnes d'un certain âge qui on a besoin de prendre des médicaments et de se déshydrater
