An abbey steeped in history, a place of religious education in Montebourg.
Legend has it that the abbey came into being in 1060 after a dream by Brother Roger, who went in search of a fellow traveller who had been swept away by the tide. During his wanderings, resting at the foot of a hill, in a dream, he saw a star pointing out to him the place where an abbey could be erected. Destroyed and pillaged over the centuries, the buildings were slowly rebuilt until the first half of the 20th century. Today, it is a place of religious education.
