It’s a great story, which confirms the potential of the Manche region in terms of great small breweries. Helped by participative financing and many friends, the young Martin Prieur defines himself as a "brewer farmer". And for good reason: his beers are entirely organic. Located in Quibou - you will have understood the mischievous play on words - the brewery is getting up to speed by producing blond, brown, red and white foams. You will find the beers in many sales outlets.
