Museum featuring a vestige of the German defensive system, with photographs, figurines, and a view of Utah Beach
This beautiful museum is well worth a visit. An innovative scenography takes you through the major stages of the conflict: on 1,000 m² of exhibition space, along a 1940s street with stores and vehicles, the whole is presented in three phases: the German invasion and the soldiers' way of life, civilian life under the Occupation and the Liberation. A real piece of the "Atlantic Wall" can be admired. The next exhibition, in 2025, will focus on "Intoxicated! Youth under the Nazi boot". A large store completes the exhibition.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Die Betreiber haben sehr viele Ausstellungsstücke zusammen getragen und auch selbst gebaut. Besonders gelungen fanden wir die Straßenszenen etwas weiter hinten in der Ausstellung.
