Located in Amite, 17 miles north of Hammond, this beautiful residence allows you to sleep in a magnificent setting for one or more nights, with the awakening of a full breakfast. Combinations, with champagne, dinner five dishes and other delicacies are also offered. You cannot recommend spending one night in planting, for the atmosphere of nostalgia that reigns there.

Blythewood is a beautiful and historic building that made a wonderful backdrop for pictures! Staff was great to work with as well.

Such a beautiful venue and B&B! Ipha’s Crawfish Bisque is to die for! Jambalaya and pork sliders were delicious too! The wedding I attended was perfect in every way! Keep up the great work. Your place is like no other!⚜️????

I had the privilege of staying in this gorgeous mansion for 5 nights in August. Having grown up in a smaller plantation house, I immediately noted the scent of old wood (like going home) and this mansion has plenty. It has walls and soaring ceilings of old Beadboard and gleaming wood floors. I was awestruck by the size of the interior. The rooms are enormous and are furnished with Period Antiques. I walked the grand halls upstairs and downstairs many times and felt like a Princess. Owner Ipha and hostess Ellen were fantastic and catered to my every need. I plan to stay here each time I’m in this area. Thank you for a wonderful stay. P.S. Great Coffee!
