If you’re familiar with the Maison des Produits Régionaux, also known as Vergers de la Passion, located in Martinvast, then you’re going to love the cider house! Located in Rauville-la-Bigot, some ten kilometers from the store (you’ll have to head for Bricquebec), it can be visited from April to September and offers visitors the chance to discover how cider and vinegar are made. The tour ends with a tasting session.

J'ai fait une visite suivi d'une dégustation des produits de cette cidrerie. J'ai appris plein de choses grâce au propriétaire et à sa joie de vivre. Il nous a fait goûter plusieurs cidres et autres produits de son exploitation qui étaient délicieux.

Superbe visite du verger et des caves de cette cidrerie qui travaille de façon exemplaire son terroir et son savoir-faire. La dégustation traduit ce qu'on voit : un goût du bon, de l'harmonie avec le vivant, qu'il s'agisse du végétal, de l'animal, de ce qui vient avant la mise en bouteille comme après.
