The renovation of Nottoway not only enhanced the beauty of the main house, but also transformed part of the estate into a luxury bed & breakfast. Weddings and large-scale receptions are now a regular feature. Cottages have been added to the rooms in the main house. Each room, despite its ^19th-century decor, boasts every modern comfort, and the suites are breathtaking. The garden, with its pond and Spanish moss-covered oak trees, invites you to relax. Tennis courts and a swimming pool complete the picture. A beautiful address.

We did not stay at Nottaway, but we did get to see the cottages and guest rooms. They were beautiful. Newly renovated and so comfortable. We went for the tour of the house and it was one of the best tours we've been on. Our guide was so knowledgeable and very entertaining. I would highly recommend visiting the plantation.

Great tour guide. Beautiful old home with beautiful views of the river. Interesting history & our tour guide was very knowledgeable having had his family work there for years.

Beautiful resort and great tour! We took our cruise along the Mississippi River and this was our first stop. The guide was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Was nice to see that one could stay in the mansion or the grounds overnight. Great tour!
