Our persistence in raising the issue with corporate was met with promises from the manager downstairs that their district manager would contact us. However, much to our disappointment, their call never arrived. We were eventually relocated to yet another room, but the roach problem persisted throughout the hotel. It seemed that no matter where we turned, these unwelcome creatures were an ever-present part of our stay.
Despite encountering friendly and helpful staff members, our experience was tainted by the constant presence of roaches. It was disconcerting to witness them congregating in the hallways, seemingly discussing their next target. The attached photo captures the mold and deceased roaches we discovered in the kitchen area, providing undeniable evidence of the unsettling conditions we endured during our stay.
Eventually, we were relocated to another room, but unfortunately, roaches seemed to be a persistent problem throughout the hotel. Although the staff members were friendly and accommodating, the issue of roaches overshadowed everything else. It was disheartening to witness roaches gathering and seemingly planning their next move in the hallways.
To provide a clearer picture of our experience, I have attached a photo showing the presence of mold and dead roaches in the kitchen area.
