Our first room had a giant stain on the ceiling including black mold. The stain had dripped and stained the carpet below it as well. The bathroom counter corners were not well clean. There was trash under the side chair (a pedestal base so trash was visible). Toe nail clippings in another corner. We requested to move.
We got another room, this one had a heavy elderly perfume smell that we literally could not get rid of through all the days we stayed. The corner table in the entry way had weird things caked on it that I was able to wipe off with a bleach wipe. The toilet was in poor maintenance. The tub did not have a drain plug, the front desk told us to use towels to plug it. There was trash under the corner chair again, a dirty sock, coins and a screw in the room.
Our neighbor across the hall, their door did not connect all the way at the top and there were definitely gaps at the top. Just seemed that things were hodge podge repaired. In the 4 nights we were there they already "fixed" the black mold room and rented it out again.
Breakfast was decent yet predictable. On our last morning we had several fruit flies and flies flocking our table. I noticed fruit flies typically hung out in the bread shelf too in breakfast. It was nice the tables had Tabasco and salt/pepper and ketchup on them for breakfast hours. Breakfast attendant always so kind and helpful. Had regular milk and chocolate milk. Tea selection was limited.
There was a washer and dryer on the second floor for the reasonable price of $1.50 for each machine. Fitness center with drinking fountain on the second floor as well.
Pool was not open yet. They were fixing it open for the season it looked like.
I unfortunately see this place going downhill at this rate.
