A classic but very comfortable accommodation option. The hotel offers well-equipped rooms with modern and modern forms. Breakfast is not included in the price, but as often, coffee and tea are available in the room. The hotel is located in the Alexandria shopping area, easily accessible.

Stayed for one night, which was a good thing. While I had an excellent night’s sleep, there were a lot of little details that detracted from my stay. Bathroom had a dirty mop smell, ring in the commode at the water line, shampoo and body wash dispenser was completely empty, and the TV didn’t work. Shouldn’t be this way for a 3-Star.

First room we were given the air was not working, the room also smelled of something that immediately flared up my asthma. The bathroom shower was not as clean as it should have been. They were accommodating and kindly moved our room. Second room was a handicapped room and we had no issues. There was no one working at the "Starbucks" Saturday. Sunday someone was there but she couldnt make a basic Starbucks coffee drink. Please don't expect a full Starbucks.

Rude and inconsiderate establishment (the GM.) I am a Texas resident, my family lives in Louisiana. I went to visit my family in Louisiana and had a car wreck. I was stuck in Louisiana for months waiting for my car to be fixed, so i picked up a part time job at the Four Points hotel. Alexandria had an ice out and me and my 3 year old daughter needed a place to stay. I figured that I would be able to use my employee discount, especially under those circumstances. I booked a reservation and went to check in. The Gm denied me and stated that I could not live within a 50 mile radius. I tried to explain that I did not live in Louisiana, that I lived in Texas but was just stuck out there. She did not even want to listen to me. I felt so upset and disrespected and ended up having to pay over 150 for a hotel at Best Western. Honestly, the service is not up to Marriott standards. Hopefully they can improve!
