THE CHURCH OF REGNÉVILLE

This charming church located in the immediate vicinity of the sea has the appearance of a small fortress.
This charming church of Notre-Dame de Régneville, close to the sea, looks like a small fortress! Deprived of its spire, it has a massive bell tower dating from the 12th century, which has been listed since 1937 as a Historic Monument. The choir, vaulted in the Gothic style, dates from 1868. The church houses some very beautiful stone and wood statues as well as an interesting 15th-century Virgin Mary. A detour to the church - which is located near the ruins of the medieval castle - is well worth it!
