Omogolo Bush Lodges is a collection of three luxury self-catering lodges (Motswiri, Valley and Mangwane), located 1 km apart, in the heart of a 1,600 ha private reserve. They are built with natural materials and run on solar electricity to respect the environment. Each of the lodges overlooks a natural watering hole where the animals, especially the elephants, come to drink. All of them have a fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace to observe the wildlife in complete privacy. An exceptional place.

Omogolo Bush Lodges are luxury, self-catering vacation homes in a 1600 ha private wildlife conservancy, bordering the southern side of the Okavango Delta.
Enjoy being surrounded by the wildlife of the Okavango Delta in one of the 3 lodges (Motswiri, Valley and Mangwane), built 1 to 4 kilometers apart from each other to ensure guests' privacy.
The lodges are built from natural materials: wooden structure, thatched roof and canvas walls. The central areas consist of a living and dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. The spacious rooms all have a private bathroom with toilet, shower or bathtub, a sink and a view of the bush.
The rooms and living room open onto a large terrace with veranda chairs, overlooking the waterhole. Mangwane Lodge has a swimming pool, which is also open to guests who book one of Mangwane's two-person accommodations.

Die Omogolo Bush Lodge Motswiri war die schönste Unterkunft unserer 3-wöchigen Botswana Selbstfahrer Rundreise. Hier stimmt alles! Traumhafte Lage mitten im afrikanischen Busch. Die Unterkunft bis ins Detail wunderschön gestaltet. Die wunderbaren Mitarbeiter immer da, wenn sie gebraucht werden. Unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit aber nie aufdringlich. Motswiri hat (wie die beiden anderen Hideaways "Valley" und "Mangwane" auch) eine sensationelle "Allein-Lage". Hier ist man mit der Natur wirklich alleine, ohne sich jemals alleingelassen zu fühlen. Wir hatten jeden Tag über viele Stunden Elefanten an "unserem" Wasserloch. So nah, dass es uns den Atem verschlagen hat.
Wir haben stundenlange auf der Terrasse gesessen und die Tiere am Wasserloch beobachtet.
Herzlichen Dank an das Team von Omogolo.... Es war ein Traum den wir dort erleben durften.
