Authentic stay in a camp offering shaded sites with water point on the site of Khwai, on the edge of a river.

SKL offers 10 camping places on the site of Khwai, on the banks of the river of the same name. They are charming, shaded by the fig and ebony trees of the mangrove. Each one has a water point as well as a braai (barbecue). The camp area also has a sanitary block with solar lights, and hot and cold showers. The campsite offers an authentic bush experience in the heart of a beautiful wilderness. Lions, leopards, giraffes, hippos and many birds live in the area.

J'ai réservé ce camp pour 3 nuits sans savoir que je devais également payer l'entrée dans le parc. Bien que mon séjour au camping ait duré 3 nuits, j'ai dû payer les frais de parc pour 4 nuits, soit 3600 pula pour 4 personnes sans réduction SADC en tant que Sud-Africain. Routes mal entretenues, signalisation cassée, aucune carte disponible et ferry abandonné et apparu inutilisé depuis un certain temps. Traversé la rivière avec une caravane tout-terrain et vient de le faire. Camping moyen avec 2 blocs sanitaires dont un était hors service avec des problèmes de fosse septique. Les singes sont un problème. Toute l'expérience a été une arnaque Je ne reviendrai certainement pas
