Chambre sale, dommage car il y a tout le confort nécessaire.
L aspirateur n est pas passé tous les jours, il y avait des moutons de poussières sous le lit, douche sale et des odeurs d égouts.
Petit déjeuner très bien.
Repas du soir bien, j y suis allée sur la semaine du changement de carte et peu de choix.
Le tiramisu Normand et le crumble aux pommes étaient très très bons.

Nous avons été extrêmement mécontents de notre séjour à l'Ibis Avranche. Tout d'abord, la douche dans notre chambre était incroyablement dangereuse car, pour une raison quelconque, il n'y avait pas d'eau froide et l'eau qui en sortait était presque bouillante. Nous avons eu de la chance que notre fille de 6 ans ait eu la bonne idée d'essayer l'eau avant de prendre une douche. Nous avons expliqué la situation à la dame de la réception qui nous a d'abord dit qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire et qu'elle ne pouvait même pas rembourser notre chambre car aucun responsable n'était présent. Elle nous a même proposé d'aller prendre une douche à la Formule 1. Finalement, un membre du personnel nous a donné la clé d'une chambre au 1 er étage de la rue pour que nous puissions prendre une douche. Mis à part le problème avec la douche, la chambre sentait la moisissure et le niveau de nettoyage était très bas. Nous avons été surpris car nous séjournons toujours dans les hôtels Ibis car le niveau de qualité est normalement constant. Cependant, dans ce cas, l'Ibis Avranche nous a laissé très déçus et nous serons obligés de choisir une autre marque d'hôtel à l'avenir.

I had to make a last minute reservation. The cost was competitive, there was a parking lot with no extra cost, I arrived late in the evening and there were people at the front desk to check us in. The room was clean, comfortable, and updated enough. I made a reservation for 2 of us, but there were only enough towels for one, but that was resolved easily. They have 1 multipurpose bottle that serves as a bath gel and shampoo in one. Personally, I am not a fan of this, but I understand the business purpose. My issue on this is that it is locked in to a holder against the shower wall. I have a physical disability that makes the showering experience a little risky and the positioning of the bottle made pumping and applying rather dangerous. Other than that, check out was easy and the location was convenient.
