Since 1885, four generations have succeeded one another at the restaurant-auberge, which continues to offer traditional, carefully prepared cuisine in both the elegant establishment and the more rustic focacceria. Madame Manuelina herself is credited with inventing the recipe for cheese focaccia. Large room, meticulous service, but a little slow at times. On the plate, the dishes are all very refined, both in their presentation and in the combinations of flavors. The beautiful villa, surrounded by greenery, also offers 23 comfortable rooms.

Se você acha que já comeu uma boa focaccia di stracchino, esqueça!!!! A focaccia di Recco na Manuelina é absolutamente inigualável. Se possível guarde um espaço para o fantástico Buridda di seppie con pisele.

Nel complesso una piacevole esperienza (il locale è davvero grazioso), ma mi aspettavo qualcosa di più da una focacceria così rinomata... Il dolce non era assolutamente all'altezza, la focaccia buona ma secondo me si può migliorare. Tornerò sicuramente con la speranza di dargli almeno una stella in più
