Le Bissac is a strategically located restaurant on the slopes. Accessible on foot from Flaine, by gondola, and on skis from the Serpentine and Baudroie slopes. The restaurant has a self-service section and an à la carte section, with Savoyard dishes such as tartiflette and Savoy diots, as well as snacking on a continuous basis. The atmosphere inside is pure Savoyard, with stone and wood, and the large terrace offers a lovely view of the mountains, snow-capped in winter and populated by cows in summer.
