pas de staff to accommodate you like the entire hotel. It was necessary that you would expect 1:30 (we had arrived in 18:30) in front of the hotel door/restaurant so that you to employ deals with us. Our booking made by telephone had not been taken into account... early galley
the employee gives us a room, and the galley continues: 2, pas de 8m towels, groundsheet shower gel of goblet, no curtain either (alarm clock bequeathed to the end of the day, nice for holidays), a smell of urine of unbearable cat, the floor was not clean... gate in the room bain/wc of 1.5m2 (the advantage is that from your bed you can chat with your partner or companion who makes its bathroom or other (if you see what I want to say).
During our departure we passed nicely all these remarks with the owner, who with known as are hotel was very clean and the toiletries was provided on request. And MUST the price was different from what had to us was marked by telephone (expensive of course).
