Oysters from the Basin are essential, good farm chickens are roasted on site, plancha squid, a crispy chicken caesar salad and excellent meat with a tomahawk rib of beef, in Black Angus, etc. For dessert: chocolate fondant, crème brûlée, gourmet coffee and ice cream...
