Renovated establishment with a small garden of aromatic plants and a terrace in Pyla-sur-Mer.
La Co (o) rniche is the ultimate Pyla. He has seen stars, writers, painters and anonymous people pass through, all charmed by the place. Although the facility has been renewed, it has preserved the memory of time. When you arrive, outside, you will stroll on a magnificent Art Deco floor leading to the hotel, a small herb garden and a giant chessboard will catch your eye. The facade is similar to a large bourgeois house in the Basque style, the reception hall and the corridors leading to the rooms with low lighting and dark colours contrast literally with the five vast rooms of an immaculate white from floor to ceiling (about 28 m²), dotted with a few soft shades, pale pink and lemon milk. Five other rooms of 45 square meters with a terrace of 18 square meters are available in cabins. The decoration is like a great breath of fresh air, without aggression, it must be said that the spectacular view is sufficient on its own. The staircase is under the light of a large Murano chandelier. On the ochre, yellow and black walls stand out collages that seem to have been left here and there by people passing through wanting to make their mark... Guests have access to the overflow pool (28°C) installed on the terrace, on the front line. If you wish to enjoy the bar, you will have a private area with padded benches, which cannot be accessed by outside guests. The restaurant, open for both lunch and dinner, is full of seafood products.
