The house is an institution to which people come from all over the Cotentin region. Opened in 1889 by Clovis Gosselin, the art of presenting the most common and the rarest products has been handed down from generation to generation, and the results are there! The stalls of this delicatessen take you on a global journey, selling spices from Jamaica, India... The shop also sells creamery, confectionery, fresh produce, roasted coffees, cellars, perfumes and gifts. It’s one of the must-sees on your visit to Saint-Vaast!

Superbe magasin. Le côté vaisselle, décos un peu droguerie aussi, mais surtout l'épicerie fine qui comblera tout le monde. A ne pas manquer lors d'un passage à St vaast la Hougue.

On ne décrit plus la maison Gosselin. Si son succès persiste depuis plusieurs générations c'est bien grâce à son sérieux, à la variété des articles présentés à la vente, grâce aussi à l'amabilité de la direction et du personnel... On visite St Vaast la Hougue pour la beauté du site, mais on n'en repart jamais sans passer "chez Gosselin" ne serait-ce que pour le plaisir des yeux !!!!!
