The workshop lasts three hours, the time needed to learn how to make chocolate candies or how to make a complex shape moulding, frogs, mushrooms, or even Santa Claus, rabbits, chickens or eggs at Easter. It is the master chocolate makers of Puyricard who will give you the little tips and tricks to smooth the chocolate or accentuate the relief and add colour. You will not leave with complete mastery but the exercise will allow you to discover a little bit the secrets of chocolate making and you will not taste them in the same way afterwards. You have the choice of workshops, "Chocolate Entremets" (biscuit, mousse, icing), "Chocolate Discovery", "Chocolate Know-How", "Bean to bar" from bean to bar. Workshops for children (from 12 years old) are organised regularly, the calendar is on their website. Clever tip: bring an insulated bag to bring back your sweets or small chocolate items, especially during the summer period.
