AUBERGE DES 3 PICS – CHEZ GERMAINE
Located at the foot of the Col Pass and close to the Lake of Payolle and the marble quarry, this rustic hostel displays an authentic setting, to the image of its kitchen. In the dining rooms, tools and objects of yesteryear are exposed around an old fireplace. Everything breathes the Pyrenean spirit, especially the old and served dishes. Meat and fish grills are cooked on the beech embers of Payolle and if you have never been tempted by a good soup at noon, it is time to change your mind by testing Germaine's garbure, the real, as her great-grandmother did: vegetables cooked in simmered broth with bones of ham, duck conflict and dumplings of old bacon, garlic, parsley and broccoli… Conflict and liver fresh duck, black pig, land speaks you! For dessert, croustades with wood fruits are one of the specialties of the house. In the summer you can dine on the terrace, in the shade of the spruce. In the winter you are at the start of the Nordic slopes and alpine ski slopes.

Il faut juste se décoincer un peu, être nature et ne pas se prendre la tête. Si vous voulez un restaurant guindé ou vs avez de la cuisine moderne ds l'assiette (c'est à dire pas gd chose), passez votre chemin.
Chez Germaine on mange comme chez nos grand mères, comme à la maison, de la vraie cuisine traditionnelle.
