It was the command post of General Collins' 7th US Corps in July 1944, from where he prepared Operation Cobra with Generals Eisenhower, Bradley and Patton

Vielen Dank all jenen, die dieses Museum geplant und gestaltet haben - ihr leistet Unglaubliches!!!! Könnten wir mehr Sterne vergeben, hätten wir dies getan.....aber selbst das kann nicht annähernd unsere Begeisterung zum Ausdruck bringen. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren 2. Besuch im Museum, im Sommer 2024.
Le château est très beau aussi, les meubles sont restés au même endroit avec leur contenus depuis des années, incroyable.
A refaire sans hésiter.
Visite un peu courte mais très enrichissante.
