Museum housing a tapestry by Gombault and Macée, paintings by Jean-François Millet or Corot

Totally redesigned, with a clear, airy museography, this museum presents the city up to the present day: the reconstruction of the 1950s and 1960s, current cultural events and the 2020s. Art exhibits include tapestries by Gombault and Macée, paintings by Jean-François Millet and Corot. Temporary exhibitions are also on offer: the most recent, entitled "Hôpital Mémorial France-États-Unis de Saint-Lô : un musée pour la vie", was a great success.
