It’s an unusual story: for years, Julie, of Laotian origin, had been preparing Asian and French sauces for her guests, which were unanimously appreciated. And then, one day, she and Jean-Pierre, her husband, decided to take the plunge: to market these sauces. This is how N’Oye was born: the company, based in Saint-Lô, produces dozens of references, for all kinds of dishes. Intended for professionals, the service is also available to individuals, who can come here to stock up on these little marvels.
