An inn located in Servon serving cuisine made with local products.
Blond wooden tables, refined decor, you're immediately in the mood of this Auberge Sauvage: chic and tasteful. Thomas Benady, the owner, makes it a point of honor to prepare a cuisine that will stir your emotions, using local produce from the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. This gourmet restaurant offers a range of menus, some with as many as 8 courses. Equally beautiful rooms allow you to round off your stay in style. Please note that reservations are almost imperative.

Lieu et cuisine tout à fait surprenants, qui font du bien à l’esprit et aux papilles gustatives. Plats audacieux, extrêmement savoureux et insolites.

"Dîner exceptionnel, ambiance parfaite, nourriture incroyable préparée avec beaucoup de talent et de saveur par le chef, en utilisant principalement des ingrédients frais cultivés dans leur jardin, qui, soit dit en passant, vaut la peine d'être parcouru car c'est un endroit incroyable. Cela vaut le déplacement !"
