Restaurant located a few minutes from the port of Dielette offering regional products cooked on a wood fire.
Note that you have to find the Bouche à Oreille, even if it is well indicated: the small road leading to it is discreet to say the least! At the end: a restaurant where they serve you regional products, yes, but cooked over a wood fire! Installed in a "nature" room, you are only a few minutes away from the port of Diélette, facing the small marsh where the Diélette river flows. In the plate, the chef cooks you the fish of the Diélette, semi-cooked foie gras, grilled fillet of sea bass or grilled duck breast with orange. It's well done, well thought out, and we validate.
