In the troglodyte cellars on the hillside, the wines are patiently elaborated. The 20 ha estate produces mainly red wines in AOC saumur-champigny, such as Fevettes, matured for 24 months in oak barrels and made from vines planted in 1943, only that! But the quintessence of the château lies in the Lisagathe cuvée, made from the two best parcels of the estate. The wood ageing is mastered and the result is simply superb!
