In a cool atmosphere, this small restaurant takes care of its customers. The dishes are cooked to order, from fresh products. No frozen food, except for the ice creams. The house is particularly keen on this! The local producers are privileged to offer us good and healthy products. Fruits and vegetables, ice creams from La Belle Aude, beers from l'échoppe Médiévale in Narbonne, fruit juices from Pays Cathare du Somail and wines from La Clape.
