Superb vacation home, entirely restored in a design style using raw materials, located 50m from the port of Le Somail.
A lovely building, once a cellar and then a sailboat-building workshop, now a superb loft full of charm thanks to the good taste of owner Daniel Sak. The living room is superb, with its circular bar, cosy lounge with a pool table and a huge covered terrace overlooking the Canal du Midi. The 4 bedrooms are all extremely charming, one opening onto the indoor swimming pool, the other on the mezzanine, the other opening onto the covered terrace... A lovely place to stay, with a contemporary designer style, where the soul of the place has remained authentic.

La remise penthouse is a vacation home located in Le Somail. This loft, recently renovated and with modern architecture, welcomes you in an open, spacious and designer setting. In this fully furnished rental, enjoy all the facilities for a truly relaxing and memorable vacation. It has four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room. Each room has a private bathroom, queen-size bed and flat-screen TV. You can enjoy the open-air terraces as well as facilities such as swimming pool, barbecue, billiards, table tennis, shuffleboard and more. There's plenty to do in the surrounding area, so don't hesitate to go for a walk or cycle along the towpath on the Canal du Midi. You can also visit the historic medieval city of Carcassonne and its famous covered market, Les Halles de Narbonne. A great place to enjoy your vacation!

La maison est géniale, chaque chambre possède son indépendance en terme de douche et WC.
Elle est très spacieuse et bien fournie: un billard, Ping pong, barbecue, rétroprojecteur, énorme cuisine/bar très bien équipée et piscine (non chauffée).
L’hôtesse d’accueil est très sympa.
Un seul bémol : la première nuit, le propriétaire, qui vit juste en dessous, a fait beaucoup de bruit empêchant la moitié d’entre nous de dormir jusqu’à notre intervention à 2h du matin environ.
