In the heart of the village, here is a real gourmet inn that has made a specialty of fish from the lake. Here, the Arctic char is simply steamed and the fillet of féra with a few local herbs or a little wine. On the meat side, the chef also proposes the Auberge's beef and the smoked goat roasted in a casserole. As for the mountain delicacies, the charcuterie and the soufflés with Abondance cheese can only make you hungry. Note the beautiful wine list with perfectly selected regional wines.
