THE GARDEN OF THE CLOS D'ALLINGES
Collective garden in permaculture, associating the culture of vegetables with that of flowers and aromatic plants.
Vincent and Sylvie, two nature enthusiasts, are creating in 2010 a collective garden based on the principles of permaculture: by combining the cultivation of vegetables with those of flowers and aromatic plants which, when judiciously chosen, enrich each other and protect each other from diseases and pests. In 2015, they become full-time gardeners and open an AMAP in their Jardin du Clos d'Allinges. Fruit and vegetable production, activities linked to gardening. Supply of quality seedlings to order or their production, in the form of baskets, every Tuesday between 6pm and 7pm, or at the farmers' market on Fridays and Saturdays. To discover: herbal teas and aromatic plants, massage oils, jams, syrups, vegetable preserves, soups, etc.
