Honour is given to the land in this traditional cuisine, which offers a terrine of chicken liver with genepi, pike perch goujonnettes, roasted fillet of féra with the scent of Lake Geneva beer and its spices, free-range chicken supreme with cream of reblochon and bacon chips, or even a rib steak with morels... Lovers of local specialities can rest assured: berthoud, Savoyard fondue, tartiflette and potato fritters are all on the menu. The starter and dessert buffets complement these dishes of choice to create a successful picture for the right budget. At lunchtime, there is even an anti-crisis menu with starter, main course and dessert! A place to enjoy food or a holiday trip (the Hotel Côté Sud is right next door), you'll enjoy the family atmosphere in a shimmering place that has been carrying on the tradition for 27 years already!

Nous y sommes donc allés pour déguster du poisson du lac : grosse déception ! de tous les plats alléchants annoncés par le petit futé, RIEN sinon des filets de perche frits meunière qui se sont avérés bien moyens. Quant à la qualité des buffets, elle est tout aussi moyenne. Bref, le commentaire du petit futé doit être rapidement revu et corrigé!
