A la carte menu of the season, a mixture between cutlet duck foie gras just snackée and a Thai soup or a Farmer hen's egg on icy old roots in chicken broth and truffle bites. To follow, always with honored products, a roasted scallop, fondant potatoes, crumble with nuts, candy floss cream, sweetbreads, walnut iced in its juice, chard and pormonier. The desserts are made on the inspirations of the day of an exceptional pastry chef: Apple and pear baba of Mr. Lacroix or pastry filled with walnut from Dauphiné.
