JACQUES GUYON
With its 2 slightly past hectares, Jacques is a real marignan wine-grower, since 1979. He offers the 2002 and especially 2003 selections which is exceptional. Exploited under the methods of sustainable agriculture, his vineyard produces about 12,000 bottles a year. This producer is always innovating and after outstanding quality. He practises stirring, a very old method which produces very good results on the wine at the end of the fermentation process, giving fat and subtlety products. He also designs his wine in an original way every year in limited series, without forgetting its labels written in dialects, by Phil Collins, or the painter James Rizzi in 2002. Rose bushes are found at the top of each vineyard. A marignan, traditional method bottled or magnum, which can pleasantly surprise you.
