What a place! It is within former horticultural greenhouses, and thus in places bathed in natural light, that a residence for visual artists and writers has been created here. Located on the banks of the Vire river, the Usine Utopik benefits from an unparalleled calm. Here, the artists in residence work and exhibit their works, and many educational and cultural events (including the Festival des Bords de Vire) are held here. The place is open during the week, a gallery allows you to acquire works, and the welcome is always excellent!
